- Never reuse an upload keystore (.jks), package name (`com.*`), or AdMob publisher ID from a previously suspended app or terminated account.
- Do not buy cheap 'pre-verified personal accounts' from underground sellers—they share digital fingerprints and get terminated within days.
- To publish an app without risking an account association flag, use PlayGate's $75 Fast-Track Publishing + $100/week Managed Live Hosting on our established console, or register a clean D-U-N-S Organization entity ($199).
1. The 7 Technical Signals Google Uses to Link Developer Accounts
When Google terminates a Play Console account for policy violations, every digital identifier attached to that console is added to an internal risk graph. Creating a new account using any overlapping signal triggers an automated 'Prior Violations' termination:
- Upload Keystore SHA-1 / SHA-256 certificate fingerprint
- Google Payments card number, billing address, or virtual card BIN
- Browser profile cookies, WebGL fingerprint, and residential/VPN IP address
- 2FA recovery phone number and recovery email address
- Identical compiled bytecode, package name, or hardcoded Firebase `google-services.json` project IDs
2. Safe Pathways to Ship Your Android App in 2026
If you do not have a clean, verified Play Console account, do not attempt to open another unverified personal account from the same machine. Instead, compile a fresh `.aab` with a brand-new package name (`com.newbrand.app`) and new upload keystore, and select PlayGate's $75 App Publishing + $100/week Live Hosting add-on so we host your app live on our established console.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I submit a previously terminated package name through PlayGate?
No. Package names must be 100% new (`com.*`) and never previously uploaded or suspended on Google Play, signed with a fresh upload keystore.
