Refund & $20 Resubmission Policy

1. 100% Refund Before Store Upload (Pre-Flight Refusal)
If our release engineering desk reviews your submitted .aab / .ipa during our initial pre-flight audit and determines that we cannot submit the application to Google Play or Apple App Store, you receive a 100% full refund in cryptocurrency to your designated wallet address.
2. Post-Submission Review & $20 Flat Resubmission Fee
Once our team has prepared your store listing, configured your Data Safety / App Privacy and IARC declarations, and uploaded your build to Google Play Console or App Store Connect, the initial publishing fee ($75 Android / $99 iOS / $199 High-Risk) is non-refundable.
If Google Play or Apple rejects the build during review due to an in-app bug, broken login credential, or policy issue, you can upload a fixed build through your tracking portal (/track/[id]) for a flat $20 USD resubmission fee.
3. Weekly Live Hosting ($100/Week) Cancellation
Clients subscribed to our +$100/week Managed Live Account Hosting may cancel upcoming weekly renewals at any time or request an immediate transfer of the live application to their own verified Google Play Console or Apple Developer Program account.
