1. Scope of Release Engineering Services
PlayGate Solutions (“PlayGate”, playgate.solutions) provides independent mobile release engineering, store listing preparation, compliance consulting, High-Risk & Standard app publishing, weekly live hosting, and account transfer coordination for Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS). PlayGate Solutions is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or Apple Inc.
2. App Ownership, Keystores & Policy Compliance
Clients retain 100% intellectual property ownership and private upload keystore control for all applications submitted through PlayGate. Clients warrant that submitted builds (.aab, .apk, or .ipa) do not contain malware, trojans, spyware, or non-consensual data harvesting.
3. Standard & High-Risk App Submissions
PlayGate accepts both Standard applications ($75 Android / $99 iOS) and High-Risk or Sensitive Niche applications ($199+, including Crypto/Web3, Casino/iGaming, Dating, FinTech, VPN, and WebView apps). Clients submitting High-Risk applications must select the appropriate High-Risk tier on Step 1 or consult with our release desk on Telegram prior to checkout so proper store positioning, age ratings, and regional targeting can be applied.
4. 24-Hour Transfer Acceptance & Weekly Live Hosting
For Fast-Track Transfer orders, once Google Play or Apple approves the application into Production, PlayGate initiates the official store transfer to the client's designated Developer ID / Team ID. The client must accept the transfer inside their developer console within 24 hours unless subscribed to the +$100/week Managed Live Hosting add-on.
5. Cryptocurrency Settlement & Refunds
All orders are settled via supported cryptocurrency networks (USDT, USDC, SOL, BTC, ETH) and governed by our Refund & $20 Resubmission Policy.
