1. Zero Private Keystore Collection
PlayGate Solutions never requests or stores your private Android upload keystore (.jks / .keystore) or Apple private signing certificates. You sign your release bundle locally prior to uploading it on Step 1.
2. Order Intake & Binary Artifact Retention
Order metadata, contact handles (email and Telegram), store graphics, and uploaded .aab / .ipa bundles are used strictly to execute your requested Google Play or Apple App Store submission, High-Risk compliance review, and account transfer. Uploaded binary files are isolated behind authenticated admin access and are periodically purged after transfer completion while preserving your order history.
3. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising Measurement
We use essential session storage to maintain your Step 1 to Step 2 checkout state, as well as Google Tag (gtag.js) to measure aggregate website traffic and ad campaign conversions. We never sell, rent, or share your personal contact information or application metadata with third-party data brokers.
4. Data Deletion Requests
You may request immediate deletion of your uploaded binaries or order records at any time by contacting our official release desk via Telegram.
